ABOUT PAYMENTS and Fee Waivers
Payment is due within seven days of scheduling mediation with the assigned mediator. If payment is not received, your mediation will be cancelled and a report may be made to the Court.
Payment can be made online. Click the Pay Now button under your assigned mediator's name to pay your mediator. Please be careful to pay the correct mediator so that your case is not delayed.
Payments can also be made by check, money order, or cash delivered to your assigned mediator's office. See the "Contact Us" page for address information. Do not send cash through the mail.
Fee waivers are available for some parties in a very limited number of cases. If you are indigent (that is, you are on public assistance, such as food stamps, free/reduced lunch, TANF, or medicaid or are a client of Colorado Legal Services), you may be eligible for a fee waiver. If you have a privately paid attorney on your case, you may not be eligible for a fee waiver. For instructions on how to apply for a fee waiver, click HERE and follow the directions exactly. After you have read the directions, click HERE for the "fee waiver" application. You will be obligated to pay a co-pay, even if you are approved for a fee waiver.
