Dawn Grimes - Mediator
Dawn Grimes has extensive experience as a Mediator in both Domestic Relations and Civil cases. She is a trained Child and Family Investigator (CFI) and previously volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Larimer County.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with an Interdisciplinary of Diversity in Law. Ms. Grimes received her mediation training specific to Divorce and Child Custody through the Institute for Advanced Dispute Resolution (IADR) and her CFI training through The Colorado School of Therapy.
Ms Grimes serves on the 8th Judicial Nominating Commission (term expiring 2024), the 8th and 19th Judical District’s Domestic Relations Best Practices Committees and the Northern Colorado Interdisciplinary planning Committee.
With her specialized training, education, and experiences, she brings a family approach to Domestic Relations mediation.
Ms. Grimes conducts mediation in Larimer County and Weld through the Office of Dispute Resolution.
