What is Mediation?
Mediation is a problem-solving process assisted by a neutral third-party. The basic idea of mediation is that the parties involved in a dispute are best able to resolve it. In addition, people are generally more satisfied with, and have greater ownership in solutions that they have a role in creating.
Remote Mediation
Our office is conveniently located in Fort Collins but mediation takes place over Zoom. In person mediation can be requested.
